Cancelation Policy

This policy is effective for registrations starting August 12, 2021.

| Oddessemania Standard Cancellation Policy when anyone cancel treks/trips:

1. Cancellation 30 days before the starting date of the trek/trip  — Get your full trek/trip fee back in an Oddessemania Voucher OR get a monetary refund with 15% cancellation charges.

2. Cancellation between 30 days and 7 days before the starting date of the trek/trip  — Get a monetary refund with 50% cancellation charges.

3. Cancellation less than 7 days before the starting date of the trek/trip — No monetary refund, Full payment is needed to get done.

4. Cancellation on the start day of the trek, or absence on the start day of the trek/trip — Unfortunately, no refund or any voucher.

5. Cancelation on the start day of the trek or trip due to medical emergency – A refund of 25% will be done.

6.  If you have used a voucher to register for the trek/trip  but now wish to cancel the trek, the same cancellation policy applies. 

Applicable to all the point above: (If the hotels/cab are booked, then that amount will be deducted too)

Important Note – This cancellation policy is applicable to all Oddessemania Treks/Trips

Refund Time – The refund will be completed within 7 days
